  • Cryptocurrency wallet information
  • Digital-wallet passwords
  • Bank account passwords

BEST DONUTS LLC does not provide a fake or simulated card-processing gateway.

7. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

The application is intentionally designed to minimize Android runtime permission requests.

The current version does not require sensitive runtime permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, or storage permissions for its ordinary functionality.

The application may use normal Android network capability where necessary for legitimate application functions, opening external resources, or other user-requested actions.

9. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

A significant portion of the current application's information is processed and stored locally on your device.

Google Play distinguishes on-device processing from data transmitted off the user's device when developers complete the Data safety declaration. Data that remains solely on-device generally does not constitute off-device "collection" for that declaration.

Local information may remain on your device until:

  • You edit or remove it through an available application feature;
  • You clear BEST DONUTS LLC application storage through Android settings;
  • You use an available reset/clear-data function;
  • Android removes the application's data; or
  • You uninstall the application.

Uninstalling the application normally removes its locally stored application data from the device, subject to Android operating-system behavior, device backup settings, and services controlled by the device manufacturer or platform provider.

There are limited situations in which information may leave the application because you deliberately initiate an external action.

For example, if you tap an email-support feature, BEST DONUTS LLC may prepare information for an installed email application. You remain responsible for reviewing and sending the message.

Once information is transferred to another application or service at your request, that application's provider handles the information according to its own privacy practices.

11. EMAIL AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

14. ANALYTICS AND THIRD-PARTY SDKs

BEST DONUTS LLC should only use software libraries necessary to provide legitimate application functionality.

The current privacy representation assumes that the published build does not contain a third-party advertising, analytics, or similar SDK that independently collects user or device information.

If a third-party SDK included in a future build accesses, collects, or shares information, BEST DONUTS LLC will evaluate that SDK's practices and update this Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play disclosures when required.

15. SECURITY

BEST DONUTS LLC uses a data-minimization approach intended to reduce privacy risk by keeping core profile, cart, favorite, preference, and local order information on the user's device where practical.

Android application sandboxing and platform security controls provide protections for application data.

We also seek to:

  • Minimize unnecessary collection;
  • Avoid sensitive runtime permissions;
  • Avoid storing payment-card credentials;
  • Avoid unnecessary third-party tracking;
  • Limit information handling to legitimate application functionality;
  • Use secure transport where information must legitimately be transmitted.

However, no mobile device, operating system, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should maintain reasonable device-security practices, including using supported Android versions, device-screen protection, and security updates.

16. DATA RETENTION

Information stored exclusively inside the application remains only for as long as it exists in local application storage.

Local information can generally be removed by:

  • Deleting or changing the relevant information in the app where such controls are provided;
  • Clearing the application's storage through Android settings; or
  • Uninstalling BEST DONUTS LLC.

Information voluntarily sent to BEST DONUTS LLC through external email may be retained only for reasonable periods necessary to respond to the communication, maintain appropriate business records, protect the business or users, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Accordingly, there is no separate online account database for the user to delete through an account-deletion portal in the current version.

Locally stored application information can be removed from the user's device as described in the Data Retention and Your Privacy Controls sections above.

If BEST DONUTS LLC introduces account creation in a future release, an appropriate account and associated-data deletion mechanism will be implemented and this Privacy Policy will be updated.

Google Play's separate account-deletion requirements apply when an application allows users to create accounts.

19. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

BEST DONUTS LLC is a general bakery application and is not designed for the purpose of collecting sensitive information from children.

The application does not intentionally request information such as school details, photographs, precise location, contacts, or behavioral advertising identifiers from children.

If BEST DONUTS LLC becomes legally required to respond to a valid governmental, regulatory, court, or law-enforcement request, information actually possessed by the business may be handled as required by applicable law.

Because much of the current application's information is maintained locally on the user's device, BEST DONUTS LLC may not possess information that exists only in local application storage.
